Fatmir Shaqiri

Fatmir Shaqiri is a finance, accounting and digital transformation professional with twenty years of experience in financial management, organizational leadership, business consulting and technology-driven process optimization. He holds a degree in Financial Management from the Faculty of Economics at Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje, and expanded that foundation as a certified Microsoft .NET Developer.

He has held senior executive positions across the public and private sectors — first as Head of the Finance and Accounting Department at International Balkan University, then as Assistant Secretary General responsible for finance, strategic planning and digital transformation, where he led the rollout of integrated digital systems for students, academic staff and university administration.

As an entrepreneur he is founder and managing director of E-KONT Group and ZERO-ONE Solutions, and since 2023 a co-founder of threedots, a software development and digital solutions company. His work spans financial management, ERP and document management systems, e-commerce platforms, custom software and business process optimization.

He is a licensed Certified Accountant, serves on the Commission for Education, Training and Publications at the Institute of Accountants and Certified Accountants of North Macedonia, and contributes to public governance as a member of the Management Board of the Mother Teresa Special Hospital for Gynecology and Obstetrics in Skopje. Outside his professional life he is married and a father of three.
